Abigail is an Associate in our Private Wealth team, based in Milton Keynes. She enjoys helping clients organise their lifetime affairs through the preparation of simple and complex Wills, powers of attorney and estate planning advice.
With experience in all areas of private client work, Abigail also advises administrators, executors and trustees on their responsibilities as well as assisting with the day-to-day practicalities of estate and trust administration.
She returned to the team at Rothley Law in November 2025, having qualified with them at Shoosmiths LLP in 2014 before taking 6 years extended maternity leave in 2019 to care for her young children.
