Abigail’s extensive litigation experience enables her to approach these cases with confidence and precision, whether through negotiation or court proceedings. She works closely with clients to explore practical solutions that minimise conflict while safeguarding their interests.
Since joining in 2025, she has specialised in contentious probate matters, representing claimants, defendants, and executors in disputes involving the validity of wills, claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, and estate administration issues.
Abigail also serves as a board member of Hull Young Professionals, where she is passionate about supporting career development and fostering collaboration within her local region’s professional community.
