Charlotte is an Associate within our Private Wealth Team.

Charlotte regularly advises Personal Representatives on how to apply for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration. She also has experience in dealing with the full administration of simple and complex estates which includes the preparation of estate accounts.

Charlotte’s experience enables her to advise clients effectively about inheritance tax. Charlotte provides advice as to when inheritance tax exemptions, including spousal and charity exemption, and reliefs, including agricultural property relief and business property relief, can be applied to an estate.

Charlotte also has experience in preparing simple and complex Wills for individuals and couples. She also provides advice on and prepares Lasting Powers of Attorneys.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Bristol in 2018 achieving a 2:1 in Law LLB and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course (‘LPC’) with Masters at the University of Law achieving a grade Distinction. Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in February 2022 and has been working within the private wealth sector since then. Charlotte is currently working towards becoming a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (‘STEP’) having already obtained Advanced Certificates in Will Preparation, Taxation of Trusts and Estates and Estate Accounting.
