A Senior Associate in the Bristol team, Emma has extensive experience in Court of Protection matters, from the management of property and affairs deputyships and personal injury trusts, to complex Court applications such as statutory Wills and gifting applications. She is also able to provide clear and concise advice to deputies and attorneys on their roles and responsibilities.
Emma joined Rothley Law in 2026 following over 5 years of post-qualification experience at a regional firm in Devon. having worked in wider private client matters such as powers of attorney and Wills, this enables her to provide more holistic advice to Court of Protection clients.
Emma initially studied English and History at university before converting to law, achieving distinctions for her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.
