Lauren is a Principal Associate Solicitor qualifying in 2019 with over eight years’ experience working with private individuals.
Lauren specialises in Court of Protection property and finance work and personal injury trust management, assisting individuals who lack capacity in some form in the management of their affairs, including both litigated and non-litigated cases. She is developing a growing practice of supporting high-functioning families with busy lives, to manage the needs of disabled clients in already complex family dynamics.
Lauren is experienced at making detailed and nuanced court applications and has a growing caseload of litigated work including contested applications, acting for both applicants and respondents. She represents clients at hearings, with a focus on workable solutions, and is very capable of picking apart the key issues to find pragmatic and positive solutions for clients and their families.
Lauren is a passionate advocate for her clients, often going above and beyond to meet their needs efficiently, with genuine care.
Lauren is a long-standing committee member, and now treasurer, of the West Midlands Court of Protection Practitioner’s Association (CoPPA). She is also a ‘Dementia Friend’.
