Client feeedback
“Lauren Miner genuinely seems to empathise with our case and goes over and above to resolve issues for us. She has identified solutions to problems. She does this all in a straightforward manner and I never feel like she is doing anything but her best to achieve good outcomes for us and relieve some of the not inconsiderable burden that comes with managing a trust for a disabled child. Lauren is proactive and supportive, and it feels very much like she is someone on our side, taking the time and care to make sure my son gets what he needs and being an invaluable sounding board and problem solver when things are overwhelming for me. Her help to navigate this legal minefield is invaluable.”
“Approachable, efficient, good communication and does what they say they will. Lauren Miner is an excellent advocate for her clients as well as being efficient and personable.”
“On hand to make pragmatic decisions in support of trustees/clients, a friendly approach informal where possible but business-like and formal when required. Lauren Miner in particular has been fantastic so far in all aspects of support to us.”
