She joined Rothley Law in March 2026 as an Associate in the Disputed Wills and Trusts team. Based in Reading, Saxan qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in October 2017 and has extensive litigation experience.
She is now applying her experience, knowledge and skills to represent claimants, defendants and executors in disputes including claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, the validity of wills, removal of executors, proprietary estoppel, and professional negligence.
