As a Senior Associate in the Disputed Wills & Trusts team, Verity advises on a wide range of will and probate disputes, including:
- Challenges to the validity of a will
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Executor disputes
- Proprietary estoppel claims
Acting with care for both claimants and defendants, Verity has experience in representing clients throughout the litigation process, as well as in resolving disputes through mediation.
Verity qualified into the team in 2021. She spent a few months in 2023 gaining experience in a commercial firm before returning to Rothley in January 2024 where she has swiftly progressed to Senior Associate.
