New Powers of Attorney Bill passes first reading in Parliament, tackling misuse of LPAs

Fabian Hamilton MP introduced the Powers of Attorney Bill to the House of Commons this week, inspired by the heartbreaking experiences shared by victim-survivors. These stories highlight the urgent need to address and prevent the misuse of Lasting Power of Attorney.
