About the Role
We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our growing and specialist Court of Protection team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their legal career – whether you’re a graduate, career changer, or already working in a legal support role – provided you can demonstrate a genuine interest in Court of Protection work and the clients we support.
This is a hands‑on, varied role offering exposure to Court of Protection, care-related matters and contentious work, with close client contact and involvement in day‑to‑day case progression.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the Court of Protection team across a broad range of matters, including:
- Assisting with Court of Protection applications, reports and associated documentation
- Supporting on contentious and litigation‑style matters within the Court of Protection sphere
- Liaising with clients, families, professionals and external bodies sensitively and confidently
- Working collaboratively with the Private Wealth team where matters overlap
(please note: Wills, LPAs and Trust drafting are handled by the PW team) - Managing files effectively and assisting with case administration and progression
- Being a flexible, proactive team member who is willing to get involved in all aspects of work
Salary & Benefits
