Lauren is a Senior Associate Solicitor and joins from national firm Shoosmiths where she joined as a newly qualified solicitor in 2019.
Lauren specialises in Court of Protection property and finance work and personal injury trust management, assisting vulnerable individuals in the management of their affairs, including both litigated and non-litigated cases. She is developing a growing practice of supporting high-functioning families with busy lives, to manage the needs of disabled clients in already complex family dynamics. She is experienced at making detailed court applications and representing clients at hearings, picking apart the key issues to find practical and positive solutions for clients and their families.
Lauren is a passionate advocate for her clients, often going above and beyond to meet their needs efficiently, with genuine care.
Lauren is a long-standing committee member, and now treasurer, of the West Midlands Court of Protection Practitioner’s Association (CoPPA).
