Brogan has been a dedicated Court of Protection practitioner for over five years, managing a broad caseload of clients.
Currently a Level 3 qualified Trainee CILEx Lawyer, Brogan works with clients who lack the capacity to manage their property and affairs, due to a variety of disabilities. She takes care to build lasting relationships with clients and their families to maintain autonomy within their deputyship.
Brogan finds it incredibly rewarding to support families under the Court of Protection, and values the long-term often lifetime relationship with clients, which is unlike any other area of law.
Since joining Rothley Law as a Paralegal in 2023, Brogan’s diligent and attentive approach to her work and studies has shone through, with her receiving top marks in her CILEx exams to dat.
