Brogan is a Level 3 qualified CILEx Paralegal and has been a dedicated Court of Protection practitioner for over five years, having started her career as an apprentice paralegal for one of the largest national Court of Protection teams in the country.
Brogan manages a broad case load of clients who lack capacity to manage their property and affairs, due to a variety of disabilities and she is well-equipped to build lasting relationships with clients and their families to maintain autonomy within their deputyship. Brogan is diligent and attentive in her work and looks forward to continuing her CILEx studies to qualify as a full Chartered Legal Executive in the future.
In 2020 Brogan was shortlisted for ‘Apprentice of the Year’ by both the Birmingham Law Society and Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Future Faces and is routinely achieving top marks in her CILEx exams to date.
Brogan finds it incredibly rewarding to support families under the Court of Protection, and values the long-term often lifetime relationship with clients, which is unlike any other area of law.
