A quick and creative thinker, Ellie is a Trainee CILEx lawyer in our Court of Protection team.
Ellie manages her own caseload while also assisting other fee earners in a range of work. No two days are the same, with Ellie’s work covering enquiries from property and affairs clients to more sensitive client work such as children with birth defects and injuries to older clients with degenerative diseases.
Having graduated with a law degree from Nottingham Trent in 2021, Ellie joined Rothley Law as a Legal Assistant the following year. Ellie’s passion for Court of Protection work has led to her becoming a ‘Dementia Friend’ for the Alzheimer’s Society, helping to raise awareness and understanding of the condition.
