Emma is a Senior Associate in our Private Wealth team. She is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).

Emma advises on a variety of private client matters, including Wills, lifetime Estate planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, General Powers of Attorney, and deeds of variation. She is experienced in acting for personal representatives in obtaining a Grant of Probate and dealing with the full administration of complex Estates, including intestate and cross-jurisdictional Estates. Emma also advises Trustees in relation to the administration of a Trust and their duties as Trustees.

Before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2016, Emma studied Law with European Legal Studies LLB at King’s College London, and spent a year studying at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. After achieving a distinction in her professional legal qualification course, Emma completed her training contract at Taylor Vinters LLP and subsequently worked as a solicitor in the Wealth Protection team at Shoosmiths LLP.
