Hannah is an experienced paralegal who has developed a wide range of skills from her time working in Top 100 law firms over the last four years. Hannah is based in the Disputed Wills and Trusts team in Birmingham.
Hannah’s experience includes working on cases involving challenges to the validity of a Will; claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975; rectification claims; removal of executors; and trust disputes.
Hannah graduated with a Master’s in Law from the University of Law in 2021. Prior to this, she graduated with a First Class BA in History from the University of Sheffield.
Hannah is dedicated to a career in law and hopes to qualify as a solicitor in the near future. She is currently working full-time whilst undertaking independent studies in preparation for her final SQE exams.
