Based in the Birmingham Disputed Wills and Trusts team, Hollie is a qualified CILEx Paralegal who is studying to become a lawyer.
She acts for claimants and defendants in a wide range of matters, including will challenges, claims for financial provision, disputes over the interpretation or correction of wills and trusts, the removal of executors, disputes involving attorneys or deputies. Her work also includes advising on property-based inheritance claims, and professional negligence cases.

- I acted for the successful Claimant in Bullock v Denton [2020]; this was a claim for reasonable financial provision by a cohabitee of the deceased. The case was the first authority which allowed for the recovery of a success fee under a Conditional Fee Agreement as part of the reasonable financial provision awarded to the Claimant.
