Joe joined Rothley Law as a member of the Disputed Will and Trusts team in Manchester.
With prior experience working in non-contentious trusts and estates, Joe is able to bring a close familiarity with the procedures and pitfalls of estate planning.
Joe has acted for both claimants and defendants in a variety of matters, ranging from challenges to the validity of a will, trust disputes, financial provision and inheritance questions, and rectification and construction claims.
Since joining Rothley Law in 2023, Joe has progressed from Paralegal to Trainee Solicitor. He has recently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law with an overall distinction and will progress to SQE1 in early 2026.
