Joe joined our Disputed Wills and Trusts team in Manchester in September 2023 as a paralegal.
He previously worked in non-contentious Trusts and Estates, from which he brings a close familiarity with the procedures and pitfalls of Estate planning.
Since joining Rothley Law he has assisted the firm in acting for both Claimants and Defendants in a variety of matters, including challenges to the validity of a Will; claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975; rectification and construction claims; and Trust disputes.
Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Law from the University of Warwick and will pursue a legal master’s degree from September 2024.
