Having qualified in 2019, Kelly advises clients nationally as part of our Disputed Wills & Trusts team, acting for claimants, defendants, and executors across a broad spectrum of disputes.
In her time at Rothley Law, Kelly has progressed from Associate to Senior Associate. Her expertise includes challenges to the validity of wills, claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, professional negligence claims arising from negligent will drafting or estate administration, applications for the removal of executors, and proprietary estoppel claims.
