Oliver is an Associate within our Private Wealth team. He is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (‘STEP’) and was shortlisted for the ‘Young Wills  and Probate Practitioner of the Year’ award at the UK Probate Research Awards 2023.

Oliver advises clients on the drafting of Wills of varying complexity, lifetime estate planning, the creation of General Powers of Attorneys, the creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, and the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.

He also advises executors (or personal representatives) on the estate administration process and is able to obtain the Grant of Probate (or Letters of Administration) on their behalf. Oliver can assist with administration of estates with assets in multiple jurisdictions. Oliver can also advise trustees regarding the administration of trusts and their duties.

Oliver studied Law at the University of Liverpool and completed the professional legal qualification course at the University of Law’s London Bloomsbury campus. Oliver qualified as a Solicitor in May 2019 and has worked within the private wealth sector since then.
