Rebecca is dedicated to supporting individuals affected by brain injury. She is known for her active, empowering approach and has extensive experience guiding clients and their families through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
A Partner in the Court of Protection team, Rebecca specialises in Property and Financial Affairs. She is appointed by the Court of Protection as Deputy for a wide client base of people from varied backgrounds. No family is identical and Rebecca brings a holistic approach tailored to each client.
Rebecca enjoys working with children and young adults, partnering closely with families to provide thoughtful advice and supportive guidance. She supports people when going through the secondary trauma of a litigation process and then finding their new normality afterwards.
She has experience working alongside the litigation team to assist with management of high value compensation awards. Rebecca draws on this experience to regularly act as an Expert Witness on Court of Protection Costs.
An active member of the wider Court of Protection community, Rebecca helps to train and develop the next generation of Court of Protection solicitors, promoting a best practice approach to ensure that vulnerable clients get the specialist expertise they need. She has been ranked in Chambers and Partners since 2018, and as a Next Generation Partner in the Legal 500.
