Sabah is an Associate in our Private Wealth Team. She is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
Sabah has over seven years’ experience working extensively within the Private Client sector. Her focus lies in assisting personal representatives in obtaining a Grant of Representation and dealing with the full administration of complex Estates, including intestate and cross-jurisdictional Estates. She advises Personal Representatives on Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Income Tax matters for Estates.
Sabah also has experience in preparing both simple and complex Wills for clients tailored to their individual circumstances. She also provides advice on mental capacity issues and assists in preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Sabah also supports Trustees in understanding their duties in relation to the administration of a Trust.
