International Women’s Day celebrates the cultural, economic, political and social achievements of women, in a world embracing the challenges posed by Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The theme this year is ‘Invest in women: Accelerate Progress’ and ‘Inspire Inclusion’.
Rothley Law are proud champions of women and have broken the trend in the UK professional legal world, with 74% of our firm’s talent pool and 67% of our firms Partners being women. We invest in and encourage women to progress and achieve their goals, embrace their work-life balance, and make the personal time to pursue and fulfil their individual passions. We take pride in enabling our women to do their best work in a pattern that compliments their family’s wellbeing, whether that’s young children, elderly parents, or even pets, we ensure our women live for more than just their jobs!
This day we are proud to have two CILEX trainees, our first apprentice Paralegal, and two further
colleagues in the in the early stages of enrolment onto their CILEX journeys, all women!
Having worked globally for many years promoting women’s education and healthcare, our Group
Chairman is passionate about the achievement of a level playing field for women in all facets of life.
